From fluid transfer to process dosing, our technology is built to handle challenging conditions — maximizing uptime and operational profitability.

Electric Membrane Pumps

Kendall’s EMP Electric Membrane Pump is a rugged, self-priming diaphragm pump built to handle viscous, particle-laden, and corrosive fluids. Its seal-less design isolates the process liquid from the drive, eliminating leakage and delivering long, dependable performance in tough industrial settings.

Electric Peristaltic Pump

Kendall’s BT103S Electric Peristaltic Pump provides accurate fluid handling via a closed-loop stepper drive. Intelligent control, status feedback, and RS485 Modbus connectivity make it well suited for laboratory workflows, chemical dosing, and integrated automation across demanding industrial processes and applications.

Single Hose Series

Kendall’s Single Hose Peristaltic Pump Series serves heavy-duty operations needing precision, reliability, and contamination-free transfer. Its lubricant-free compression provides clean operation, low maintenance, and strong performance handling viscous, abrasive, or corrosive media in demanding processes.

How a membrane Pump works

1. Two diaphragms on each side

Compressed air pushes one diaphragm into the liquid chamber, forcing the check valves. At the same time, the other diaphragm is drawn in, creating a vacuum in the oposite pumping chamber.

2. Function of the membranes

The thrust of the elastic diaphragms creates a volume inthe pumping chamber, increasing the air pressure in the suction phase, and reducing it in the fluid expulsion phase.

3. Efficiency and savings

The bolted construction and the replaceable parts of the common components maximize the equipment uptime and increase the profitability of the work.
