Electric Membrane Pump

Kendall’s EMP Electric Membrane Pump is a rugged, self-priming diaphragm pump built to handle viscous, particle-laden, and corrosive fluids. Its seal-less design isolates the process liquid from the drive, eliminating leakage and delivering long, dependable performance in tough industrial settings.

Applications

  • Food & viscous slurries: peanut mixtures, tomato slurry, chocolate, syrups.

  • Ceramics & abrasives: tile/porcelain slurries, grinding media.

  • Chemicals & corrosives: acids, alkalis, pigments, adhesives, solvents.

  • Oil & wastewater: oily residues, cement slurry, mortar, wedge water.

  • Hazardous/volatile liquids: suitable with proper configuration and materials

Materials & Options

Pump construction: Cast iron or stainless steel (P); non-metallic options available on request.
Elastomers/diaphragm: per catalog chemical-compatibility table (NBR, Neoprene, FKM, PTFE, FEP, etc.).
Drive options: Standard or explosion-proof motor; integrated speed reducer.
Configuration: Sized by DN (10–100), duty point (flow/pressure), temperature, viscosity, and particle size.
